Brock Lesnar is currently the biggest name in WWE roster and surely the dream opponent for any WWE superstar. One such upcoming prodigy of NXT is Karrion Kross. Since his debut, the New York-born wrestler has been booked in a very positive manner. Kross joined NXT in 2020. He is off to a solid start as he attacked NXT mainstay, Tomasso Ciampa.
Talking on Gorilla Position Podcast, Kross revealed his dream Wrestlemania Opponent and the impact of having a figure like Brock Lesnar around the WWE. “You said WrestleMania? I would say, Brock Lesnar. The measuring stick, it depends on the context. The way you would draw up what the measuring stick looks like might be different than the way someone else does, right? For me, the measuring stick would essentially be who can draw the most into a building and who can draw the most attention. I think that he is a guy that transcended sports entertainment. He is in mainstream entertainment. I think that figures like that in our business are pretty important.”
Keith lee dethroned Adam Cole and ended his 403-day reign when he defeated him in the Champion vs Champion match. Now the WWE has to decide whether to introduce Kross to the Title angle or a rematch for Cole.
Among all the tears, joy, and celebration, Karrion Kross along with his manager Scarlett was seen setting his sights on the NXT champion. The NXT prodigy seems dead serious about taking that title away. Whatever it may be, one thing is for sure that Kross is definitely going to make a name for himself and could even land a Wrestlemania match up against Brock Lesnar one day.
