Good news for the UFC, particularly Khabib Nurmagomedov fans as it is being reported by MMA reporter Chisanga Malata that the Dagestani fighter Khabib has resumed his training. Khabib is going to defend his title against the interim Lightweight champion Justin Gaethje.
Although the two were to clash in September, but due to number of unfortunate events, Khabib had to withdraw. The major event was the passing of Khabib’s father Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov.
The loss of father totally devastated the Dagestani and finally last week he broke the silence and paid tribute to his father.
When will Khabib vs Gaethje happen?
The MMA reporter didn’t disclose any exact date of the ‘The Eagle’s’ return. Chisanga tweeted, “No word on when he’ll be back or if he’s discussed his unification fight with Justin Gaethje with the brass.”
Still, the fact that Khabib is hitting the gym again is a huge sign of positivity for the fans. It means that there are multiple chances of Khabib’s return to the cage soon. Besides, many believed that Khabib will retire after the demise of his father and this news denies all those rumours.
Khabib’s decision to step back into the Octagon will bring smiles to fans. He is currently on 28-0 stream in his MMA career. This feat has never ever been accomplished by anyone on the MMA history.
In the upcoming fight with Justin Gaethje, Khabib’s dominant wrestling and power will face the great strength and covert wrestling skills of Justin Gaethje.

The manager of Khabib, Ali Abdelaziz has also hinted at the possible return of the Dagestani within the bounds of 2020. Ali is not only Khabib’s manager but also his great friend.
