Battlegrounds Mobile India has been officially launched after 15 days of being in the early access phase. The game has shared a notice on the Battlegrounds Mobile India Data transfer and its temporary shutdown.

It seems the final wait is actually come to an end after the BGMI has officially launched its stable version 1.4.1 in the country for Android users. However, it is still yet unknown of the game’s release on the iOS platform. Players of iOS platform have to wait tma bit longer for the game. Many players suggest that it would launch soon and so, as of now there is nothing that they can do but wait. Apart from that, the game is welcomed well in the country by the Indian players. Even though, the game wants to be banned by the political authorities, it turns out that the game has some room in the country. The developers allowed the early access users to transfer their data from the earlier version i.e., PUBG Nordic Map: Livik. But they are now currently shutting it down temporarily.

Krafton has posted a notice regarding the Data transfer notice that they are stopping the migration process from July 6th, 2021 until further notice. However the end date or the day of resuming this data transfer process is not disclosed. Hence, players are suggested to transfer their data before it gets shutdown i.e., July 6. Earlier, Krafton has promised that players can continue this migration service until December 2021. Since we have got that much time, we should not worry of our data remained lost in the Chinese servers. Krafton said that they are providing the data transfer service in order to secure the Indian player data.

In the previous month, Krafton was suspected for sharing data to Chinese servers, as per IGN report. But, they have soon responded to the query made by IGN and claimed that they have to share data with third parties in bringing up the game. They have also commented that player data safety is their utmost concern. But, now the Developers are shutting down the process for a while starting from July 6.

As stated in the above announcement, Krafton has not revealed any ending date for this temporary shutdown of Data transfer service. Hence players are suggested to complete their data transfer before July 6. Moreover, the game has crossed 10 million downloads, due to which players can get the constable as a reward for accomplishing that achievement.
