Managing Tottenham a tough task for Mourinho

Totenham Hotspurs went through tough run under newly appointed Coach Mourinho. But things seem to be looking up for Spurs as they aim to end a season on a good note. Tottenham’s recent form shows what’s to come from them under manager Jose Mourinho. Jose took over Muricio Pochettino in November 2019.

Although Mourinho started his Tottenham managerial career with three successive wins. But the side went through a rough patch of form after the winter break. As Tottenham exited in champions league and Fa cup. Injuries to key players like Harry Kane and Heuing Min – Son put immense pressure on the side.

Tough times

However the duo returned to fitness after the Covid break and have put Man of the match performances for Tottenham. Tottenham sit sixth in premiere league table in full contention for Europa League football next season. Dele Ali seems to have found his rhythm under Portuguese gaffer. Tottenham looks promising for next season and it just needs sign a couple quality players to strengthen the side.

In Post-Match interview Kane added “It’s must one of those teams I seem to score a few against.We caught them on the break today and once we got ahead we just steadied the ship.
