Maria Sharapova buys a ‘Heavenly Looking’ ranch worth nearly $10 million
Former tennis player, Maria Sharapova, has made a recent purchase. The Russian has brought herself a new mansion. She previously lived in the Los Angeles-adjacent seaside community of Manhattan Beach. But after the area became over-populated, the star has made a shift.
With a payment of 8.6 million, Sharapova has bought herself a lavish piece of property. The features included in the ranch, make the newly bought property even better than her previously owned house.
The ranch has ‘three’ separate structures
It’s hard to shift from a three-storey house in Los Angeles that has an entertainment area, swimming pool and bowling alley. But this is a ranch that is spread across 5 acres and is a level up than the LA home of the Russian. The ranch is a great place to get in touch with flora and fauna.
According to the source, Variety, the new mansion is filled with lavender, roses, and jasmine. Besides that, there are open lawns and even a bamboo forest! No wonder the player paid a whopping 8.6 million dollars.
There are apparently “Three separate structures”. Each structure is adorable with a private oasis. The main house with bedrooms is almost hidden behind the foliage. The second structure includes the guest house and has lawns facing the peaks. The third and final private building used as a caretaker’s guest cottage. It is thus attached to the 5-stall horse barn.
The area of Santa Barbara has been suffering from drought, lately. However, the Russian star has 15,000 gallons of storage with the property!
Sharapova has retired from tennis but has investments as an entrepreneur. She owns her candy brand, “Shugarpova” and has dozens of endorsements with brands like Porsche, Head, Nike.
