From past weeks, the USA is burning in the fire of protests, many tennis stars also convened behind the Black Lives Matter movement following the death of George Floyd.
Maria Sharapova also supported the call by taking part in the movement and tweeted on her social media that “Black Lives Matter”. While many liked her for the statement but there are also people who didn’t as they criticized her for saying such things for the same reason – all lives matter and not just black lives.

Meanwhile, the Russian didn’t sit quite and let these comments go unanswered as she responded to the people who made such comments and said that they have no idea what society is facing right now.
Maria Sharapova also made it clear that she supports the cause, but didn’t disclose whether she supports the way people are protesting. As we know all with the peaceful protests, there have been incidents of rioting which have led to property damage and looting.
One of those people who criticized such protests was John Isner and Rafale Nadal l, as they made it clear that they are against racism but didn’t like the way how people were protesting by saying that all the involving people must be arrested for the cause.
