The fact that the SF21 is similar to the SF1000 may also be interpreted from a livery point of view. This would basically confirm and reassure fans that there will not be any drastic changes to the livery as certain teams have opted. Expect the Prancing Horse to sport its classic red colors.

Mattia Binotto makes honest admission about Ferrari’s 2021 campaign

Mattia Binotto in a recent interview said, “2021 is going to be a very important year, full of challenges. First of all, the car: the Sf21, which has inherited much from its predecessor. And the budget cap: for the first time we have a limit on spending.

“We must face these challenges with determination. Along with our new driver lineup.”

He added, “In addition, the 2022 car must be planned from scratch, since it’ll be completely new, in its design and technical features.”

However, in the short term, Binotto doesn’t expect the 2021 season to be a dream.

Binotto lastly reflected what ace driver Charles Leclerc had said about learning from weaknesses. Mattia said, “The path that lies before us is long and full of obstacles. It’s entirely possible that there will be setbacks and mistakes. Some of them are inevitable, others are intolerable. The important thing for us is that any weak spot becomes an opportunity for our team to improve, with the right spirit.”

Having said that, the most important aim for the upcoming campaign would be to avenge the horrors of the previous one for Mattia Binotto’s Team Ferrari.
