Mike Perry is back in the news again! ‘Platinum Mike’ took to Twitter to thank all the fans that give him negative energy and vibes. Mike Perry has been out of sorts of late, especially after his loss to Tim Means. Perry missed the weight by a huge margin, at the weigh-ins and was criticized by the MMA community for doing so.
A couple of weeks ago, he even posted a cryptic video on Instagram, with blood spilled all over. He also went in on ‘fake fans’ on Twitter, that day. More recently, Mike Perry once again took to Twitter, saying how his ‘scumbag fans’ have helped him knockout 11 pros and make weight 20 out of 21 times.
‘You’re weak and I’m a savage‘ – Mike Perry
Perry first tweeted, “Thank you to all the fans who helped me run miles, and spar gladiators daily in practice. To the fans who helped me knockout 11 pros and helped me make weight 20 out of 21 times, idk how I could’ve done any of this without you effing scumbags“
He then tweeted, “Y’all hate on me so hard you should start paying me rent for living in your heads. I’ll fight anyone and if they can stop me I’ll quit but I won’t quit before that. I’m not like you. You’re weak and I’m a savage. Let me go out on my Sheild or keep on fighting. You’re all fake.”
Mike Perry is fortunate to not have been one among the truckload of fighters to be released by the UFC. In fact, UFC President Dana White, does have a soft corner for him. He also had his first child with his girlfriend and ‘cornerman’ Latory Gonzalez. Getting back to winning means, might get Mike Perry up and running once again.
