On Wednesday, Indian Cricketer Mithali Raj distributed groceries to needy workers at Raj Bhavan with the help of Tamilisai Soundararajan who is Governor of Telangana.
Soundararajan wrote on her twitter handle that, “Distributed essential groceries to the needy Gardeners, Sanitary Workers & Rajbhavan Workers at Raj Bhavan today in presence Mithali Raj Indian Women cricket team captain and recipient of Padma Sri @M_Raj03 In collaboration with @team_sai Pandemic Task Force supported this event.”
She also praised Mithali on twitter for her noble gesture and said, “Mithali Raj (Indian Women cricket Team Captain and Recipient of Padmasri ) In collaboration with TeamSai Pandemic TaskForce team at Rajbhavan Hyderabad to supply relief help through @DrTamilisaiGuv and other officials of Rajbhavan for the needy people.”
India has reported a total of 75,048 cases, and out of these 2,440 people have been died. 24,900 people have been recovered from the coronavirus pandemic. More than 3,000 cases have been reported in 24 hours.
