Dillon Danis is infamously known as the guy that provoked Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 226. He is also a professional MMA fighter and is desperate to get a fight. Danis recently called out former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping for a boxing match but the now MMA analyst poked fun of his call out and didn’t take it seriously. While Danis was rejected, another former UFC fighter, Diego Sanchez called Danis out and believes he would be a better matchup for Dillon.

“A huge offer has been made to @bisping to box me let’s see if he mans up and takes it,” wrote Danis. In response to this call out, Diego replied saying, “Box me, Dillon I’m closer to your size/age & would fight you at any weight in any sport! You are a BIG GANGSTA WHY DONT YOU POP YOUR CHERRY AND BARE THOSE BJJ KNUCKLES IN”.

Diego Sanchez is an MMA veteran and recently dropped hints of moving to Bare Knuckle Boxing. His exit from the UFC was very ugly and was a huge sensation among MMA media. “Nightmare” feels like a fight against someone like Danis could be an easy fight and at the same time sell tickets too which would play into his hands perfectly. But Danis feels like Sanchez is not in his league.

In response to Diego mocking Danis for being a “big gangsta”, Danis replied by saying, “I don’t wanna go to jail for murder stay outta this little guy before you get hurt.” A bare-knuckle boxing match would definitely sell some tickets and given “Nightmare” has way more experience than Danis, this fight could turn out to be the perfect one for the UFC veteran. As a fan, does a matchup between Diego and Danis excite you?
