ONE Championship’s inaugural featherweight kickboxing champion, Superbon Banchamek has delivered a performance that might turn the head of Conor McGregor.

Superbon has shocked the world with his Knockout of The Year performance in the ONE Championship featherweight kickboxing world title fight. The fighter has aspirations of fighting MMA superstar Conor McGregor and he sure has backed his talk. Banchamek, a 31-year-old kickboxer KO’d Giorgio Petrosyan to become the first-ever ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion!

Petrosyan was on an incredible winning streak. The fighter had not lost a single fight since 2013 until he met Banchamek in the world title fight. Banchamek’s highlight reel knockout absolutely obliterated his opponent and was taken to the hospital after suffering a broken jaw. Watch his stunning knockout below:

The kickboxer wants to take on Conor in a mixed-rules fight in the future. The fighter is confident that he could beat down McGregor in a fight. Conor is no stranger to cross-promotional fights. The Irishman broke every record in the book when he took on legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather in a historical boxing match in 2017.

“If I have a chance I’d be interested too. I don’t when, but I’d love to do that. I haven’t tried MMA yet but if you ask me, I’d say Conor because I think I could beat him down,” said Banchamek.
