As the Los Angeles Lakers finished the game 1 with a 9-point defeat, they were very subtle at the beginning of the 2nd game. Anthony Davis, who managed to score only 13-points coming off the bench made huge statements during the post-match interview. So AD was the one to look and defend for a Lakers’ victory. Anthony Davis is known for his mid-range and epic post up games in the paint. While Andre Drummond made paint points, AD knocked down the mid-range jumpers. In one instance, Jae Crowder, who was defending the big fella, came in between him and his shot. While Davis looked for a contact, he kicked Crowder.

Anthony Davis early flagrant may be decisive

As the Brow looked to get contact during his strong jumper, Anthony Davis accidentally kicked Jae Crowder in his groin area. While he headed to shoot free throws, the referees rewarded Phoenix Suns with a flagrant foul on Davis. They argued that there was unnecessary contact that could have been avoided. By the looks of it, the kick looked brutal as Jae was seen dropping down on the floor with pain. With that, AD gets a flagrant foul so early in the game. Looks like AD was taking the ‘Going all in for the win’ way too seriously.
