The Boston Celtics is highly impressive in the TD Garden and have demolished star-studded teams in front of their home fans. But the NBA 2021-22 Season, surely hasn’t started in the best way as the Celtics suffered their fifth defeat of the season in embarrassing fashion. As a result of which Marcus Smart called out his teammates Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown after blowout loss suffered in Celtics vs Bulls showdown.

Those who missed the highly entertaining game, the Chicago Bulls were down by as many as 19 points and were looking destined to pick up their second loss of the season. But it wasn’t to be the case as the Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan led side smashed and outplayed the home team 39-11 to fetch a 14-point lead in Celtics vs Bulls. Which surely wasn’t digestible to Marcus Smart. 

How did Marcus Smart Call out Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown after heavy defeat in Celtics vs Bulls 

Marcus Smart is never one to keep his true feelings to himself and on this particular occasion, he did not hesitate to call out the Celtics’ two stars in Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. The latter actually produced an excellent performance for the Celtics in this one, scoring a team-high 28 points on 10-of-18 shooting. Tatum, on the other hand, had another rough night from the floor, going just 8-of-22 for 20 points.

Marcus Smart is surely a plyer who wears his heart on his sleeve and was honest in his approach after the heavy defeat faced by his team. The Chicago Bulls on the other page are finding heroes in every game and in this game, it was the veteran DeMar DeRozan who managed to score 37 points. While LaVine scored 26 points. For Celtics, Smart scored 16, while Tatum and Brown scored 20 and 28 points respectively.

With this win the Chicago Bulls have maintained their record at the top of the Eastern Conference, looking like the best team in the conference with a newly shaped roster.
