Shannon Sharpe

The 8-time Pro Bowler believed that Kevin Durant respects low to no basketball experience individuals like Sam Presti, RC Buford, and Gregg Popovich. Furthermore, Sharpe is perplexed about the Nets star not accepting his critical comments.

No KD, I was watching games without sound, when you was like 6. Cause I got kids near your age. I have been watching TV and playing the game for a lot longer…damn near longer as you were alive. I got nothing with what he said. It was like he was taking a shot at Stephen A. and threw me and you in.”

Lastly Shannon Sharpe emphasized that he watches games without sound so that his view of the game doesn’t have any bias or influence. Given that it was a straight up counter to Kevin Durant’s comments and attack, it remains to be seen how the former NBA Finals and regular season MVP fires back. But as things stand, it does feel like these veteran analysts are surely not going to back down from taking on anyone. Will we witness more drama? Remains to be seen.
