“I vomited watching the Knicks” – Stephen A. Smith stands DISGUSTED with Julius Randle and co., calls the Heat-Knicks series over

The Miami Heat have been of those teams who saved their season from the ground up. As they meet the New York Knicks in the postseason, the Heat have taken a 3-1 lead. The Knicks however had a dominating first round against the Cavs, though they couldn’t handle Miami’s lockdown defense and hustle plays. Apart from Game 3, the rest of the games have been pretty close, with the Heat being able to seal each game.

The Knicks had the homecourt advantage in this series, as they flew to South Beach after tying up the series at one apiece. Miami would dominate in Games 3 and 4 to take a 3-1 lead. The Knicks have an all-time record of 0-14 after being down 1-3 in a best-of-seven series. The Heat are looking even more dominant, entering the second round after defeating the first-seeded Milwaukee Bucks.

The fans as well as critics, all seem disappointed at Knicks’ performance. While the team could’ve performed better collectively, the arrows are looking to be pointed at Julius Randle. Randle did not dress up for Game 1, though he did check-in for the following games. He had 25 points and 12 rebounds in a Game 2 win. Though on the road, his numbers went down drastically. Julius put up 10 points in a blowout loss in Game 3, 86-10. Being the player he is, Randle has been underperforming this postseason.

Stephen A. Smith, the biggest Knicks fan known to the media believes the series to be over. ” I’m so disgusted with Julius Randle… I’m on the verge of coming on national television and ask for the man to be traded… I consider the Knicks season a wash, it’s over… But they are not beating the Miami Heat three straight times, they’re just not good enough.”, said Stephen A. Coming back from this deficit is not easy after all, considering Miami’s confidence that they have built up coming into the second round as well as their performance.

Since the 2000 playoffs, the Knicks haven’t managed to make it past the Conference Semi-Finals. They last appeared in the postseason in 2021, when they lost to the Atlanta Hawks in five games. This year, the Knicks’ fans had high hopes following their first-round win, though, at this point, no one would expect them to make a comeback. Led by Jalen Brunson, who joined the team this very season, the team doesn’t seem good enough to beat the Miami Heat.

With Game 5 scheduled for Friday, the Knicks will look to avoid the series loss at home. The Heat on the other hand seem to be the aggressive squad led by Jimmy Butler, ready for yet another Finals run. It will be interesting to see whether the Heat can win it all in the East.
