The new roster gave the Washington Wizards their best season start in years by going 11-5 in the first 16 games. Russell Westbrook’s presence played a crucial part in the Wizards’ offense and defense irrespective of how he is performing with the Lakers this season. Russell Westbrook is considered one of the best players in this season considering his last few seasons.

The Wizards shows a developed and more balanced roster that renascent the hopes amongst the fans but everything does hit a rock on its journey and so did the Wizards.

Montreal Harrell comments on Washington Wizards’ Current losing Situation

The Washington Wizards have lost 6 of their last 10 matches and last night’s victory was barely a victory because the Pistons were just at it against the Wizards restricting them in every way. With a second left on the clock, Wizards’ Bradley Beal shoots a three-pointer from the corner but fails to convert it resulting in being tied to the Detroit Pistons. The match went into Over Time, where thanks to Kuzma’s clutch three-pointer the Wizards won the match. But things have surely gotten complicated for the Wizards and Montreal Harrell knows it.

He tweeted something that can be easily dissected in order to understand what that is about. The Washing Wizards’ journey was surely amazing but it’s over now and it’s time to face the crude reality.

The 27-year old Tweeted “Was Fun while it lasted.”

After his poor performance with the Lakers just after 69 games, he was sent to Washington Wizards in the Westbrook deal along with Kyle Kuzma and Kentavious Caldwell pope.

In an interview in August this year, Montreal unveiled how many things there are that he has yet to achieve. He told NBC Sports Washington, “I haven’t been an All-Star in this league since I’ve been here. …I haven’t been to an NBA Finals, I haven’t won a championship. There are a lot of things I haven’t done as a player, so there’s a lot of untapped [potential] that I feel like I can reach. Each season that I’ve been in this league, my stats and my work ethic and the things I’ve been doing in this game have gradually improved each year.”

Montreal is averaging 15. 2 points per game for the Wizards along with 8.0 rebounds, and 2.2 assists. Last night against the Pistons he played for just 18 minutes and score 4 points and 2 rebounds.

The Washington Wizards are 15-11 in the league and are to face off against one of the strong teams this season the Utah Jazz on Saturday, December 11th.
