Aaron Rodgers is a name to reckon with in the world of the NFL. Although he has been in the news for all the wrong reasons in recent times, a fact that no one can deny is that he is indeed one of the finest quarterbacks in the game. The fact that he was named the MVP second year in a row pays testimony to the fact that he is indeed a modern-day great.

As reported by the NFL News, Green Bay is still waiting for Rodgers’ decision. General manager Brian Gutekunst recently claimed that the Packers are expecting an answer from Rodgers by March 16. Talking about Rodgers, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport had a few things to say.

All eyes on Rodgers as we await a decision. My understanding after a conversation with a source is that Aaron Rodgers is truly torn where he wants to play in 2022 and the conventional wisdom is that he ends up at Green Bay,” Ian said, adding that there is a lot of positivity between Aaron and Packers.

Ian also claimed that the Packers will do all they can to bring Rodgers back but the reigning MVP is going but Rodgers is going back and forth on where he wants to play. “The forth has always been the Denver Broncos,” Rapoport said. “Ever since the Aaron Rodgers rumors started, the Denver Broncos has always been the potential trade location.”

I’m not saying anything is happening right now. It doesn’t seem like the Packers have entertained any trade thoughts at all. But in Rodgers’ mind, if he was not in Green Bay, it seems that (Denver) would be the other spot he’d want to be,” he stated. Without a doubt, Rodgers would be a great addition to whichever team he opts for.
