Aaron Rodgers is a name to reckon with in the world of the NFL. No matter what he has said and done over the past year or so, one just can’t deny that he is indeed a fantastic quarterback who has a lot left in him. Ahead of the 2022 season, there was a lot of speculation about where Aaron will end up playing.

The air around Rodgers’ future in the NFL cleared when he announced that he will continue to play for the Packers. It is evident that quite a few teams were interested in roping in the MVP from last season and as it turns out, the Tennessee Titans were one of those teams.

The Titans have Ryan Tannehill as the main QB who did not have the best of seasons last time around. As a result, the Titans were looking to add more strength at the quarterback front ahead of the 2022 season which is why they wanted to get Rodgers.

Recently, on NFL Live, Adam Schefter claimed, “there is a lot riding on this season for Ryan Tannehill and the Tennessee Titans. They were dipping their toes in on Aaron Rodgers during the offseason before he resigned with Green Bay. They checked in on Deshaun Watson and found out that he wouldn’t be traded in the division.”

The world knows, that Aaron Rodgers signed a massive contract with the Packers and is set to lead them again. However, one has to admit that the Packers made a huge sacrifice to keep him on the side. They had to let go of Davante Adams to keep their best QB for the coming season.

Some might call it a gamble, to many, it is a calculated risk that might eventually work out in the favor of Green Bay.
