Dwayne Haskins Jr. tragically passed away in a road accident a little while back and everyone was left shellshocked. The talented quarterback played in the NFL for three seasons and was just starting to show his real prowess on the field. He played college football at Ohio State, where he had impressed one and all with his performances.
The 24-year-old quarterback was crossing the highway when he was hit by a dump truck. Tributes from around the world poured in as soon as the news of Dwayne’s demise started making rounds on social media.
Dwayne Haskins’ wife pays homage to her husband in a wonderful way
As reported by the Associated Press, Dwayne’s wife Kalabrya Haskins had called Florida 911 where she had claimed that Dwayne’s car has ran out of gas and he isn’t picking up her call. Later on, the officials informed her that her husband, unfortunately, died in a tragic accident.
Not long ago, Kalabrya had released a statement on Twitter that gave the details about Dwayne’s funeral. It was attended by Dwayne’s coaches, teammates, and loved ones. She had also thanked people for their endless love and support. However, Dwayne’s parents did not attend their son’s funeral.
Most recently, Kalabrya took to Instagram and shared pictures of a number of tattoos that she has got inscribed on her skin. Honoring her husband’s legacy, Kalabrya has got a photorealistic tattoo of Dwayne on her arm and a number of love notes from her man inked on various parts of her body.
This is indeed a wonderful way to pay homage to the man who left the mortal world way too soon.
