The injury is believed to be major and may keep Wilson out for some time. Gardner expressed his thoughts on the Wilson injury. When asked about the Jets’ QB injury Gardner responded- “I mean that’s awful. You know seeing not even just a quarterback but one of your brothers in general go down because you know at the end of the day he give it his all and he wanted to be out there with us so.

We knew like we had to do it for him because we don’t know what it is.” Gardner who played for the Cincinnati Bearcats who had a sensational College Football Championships and was a defensive mainstay for them hopes to turn Jets fortunes like he did in Cincinnati but it would be tough without Wilson.

Without a doubt, in case Wilson’s injury proves to be a season-ending one, the Jets will find themselves in a spot of bother. A update on Wilson’s injury will be given after the MRI results come through.
