The Baltimore Ravens have already been pretty active in the 2022 NFL draft. The Baltimore Ravens have traded wide receiver Marquise “Hollywood” Brown to the Arizona Cardinals in return for a No.23 first round pick in the draft.
Additionally they exchanged the No.23 pick to the Buffalo Bills for the No. 25 pick and the No. 130 pick in this season’s draft. Using the No.25 pick they have drafted in Iowa center Tyler Linderbaum. He won the Rimington–Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year, Unanimous All-American and Rimington Trophy award in 2021.
Lamar Jackson seems upset with Ravens drafting Tyler Linderbaum
It seems like Lamar Jackson is not at all happy with the drafting of center Tyler Linderbaum. Additionally he’s even more disappointed that the Baltimore Ravens let go of wide receiver Marquise Brown who had an impressive season last year. He retweeted a message which said – “WHAT THE F*UCKING F*UCK BRO! WE TRADED AWAY HOLLYWOOD 💔💔💔”
Marquise Brown recorded 91 catches for 1,008 yards and six touchdowns. He was only second to tight end Mark Andrews. Brown will now reunite with Kyler Murray who was his college teammate at the University of Oklahoma.
At first Lamar Jackson wrote ‘wtf’ which many people misinterpreted to be his reaction to the Ravens drafting in Tyler Linderbaum. However he later on clarified that it was not his reaction to the team selecting his ‘new center’.
