Russell Wilson was also part of the 2018 Seattle Seahawks side when they defeated the then Oakland Raiders by a massive margin of 27-3 at the Wembley Stadium.

In his recent appearance on Good Morning Football, Wilson said, “Let’s go, Broncos country! Let’s see you in London! Let’s ride!”

Russell Wilson said, “It’s a tremendous honor and we are excited about it. … I’ve been able to play in London before at Wembley Stadium and it was amazing. It’s like an international Super Bowl.”

The 33-year old quarterback is simply pumped up to be playing in the marquee event. A win might be on the cards for the Broncos given the number of signings they made in the offseason.

The Broncos will make a first trip to the UK since they lost to the San Francisco 49ers at Wembley in 2010. The Jaguars, meanwhile, return to Wembley for the first time since 2019, having previously played there for seven straight seasons.
