The Tampa Bay Buccaneers ripped apart the New York Giants, thanks to an emphatic showdown from their 44-year-old quarterback, Tom Brady. The former New England Patriots’ icon threw 30-of-46 for a screaming 307 yards. He also chimed in with 2 touchdowns and threw in a crucial interception. It feels as if with every passing day, Brady has been ageing like fine wine.

The Bucs were off to a phenomenal start as they grabbed 7 points in the first quarter and added another 20 in the second and the third. The Giants trailed since the first quarter itself and turned even more toothless in the second half of the game as they couldn’t register a single point in the last two quarters.

He mentioned that their offense has been absolutely phenomenal and it rekindled memories of their campaign that aimed straight for the title.

Spears very beautifully summed up how the Buccaneers have lined up around Brady and returned handsome dividends. Their catching has been electrifying, their rushing has been unstoppable and most importantly the bullet throws from Tom Brady has been an act of artistry of the highest order. He also underlined the heroics of Rob Gronkowski and quoted how his perfect down-the-center runs have helped Brady to aim for the pockets of space up ahead.

He said that being a Dallas Cowboys fan, it makes him nervous to face Brady and company. In fact, this is more nervous than facing the Kansas City Chiefs. Spears quoted that when Tom Brady operates at this level, it is very rare that the Bucs lose a football game. He also heaped praises on their defence as it has been becoming more opportunistic everyday and has been a pivotal part of the Bucs’ impressive run.
