The Stanley Cup Championship celebration has finally started. The city of Denver announced that Colorado Avalanche will be participating in the 2022 Stanly Cup parade downtown and a fan rally at Civic Centre Park on Thursday.

The parade will begin at the Union Station just a few blocks away from Avalanche’s home, the Ball Arena. After a long trip down 17th Street, the championship convoy will turn on Broadway finally stopping at Civic Centre Park.

Coaches, staff, and even the mayor are expected to be a part of the celebration parade. Denver mayor Michael B. Hancock is stated to be present as of now, as per nhl.com. The celebratory event is expected to start at 9 a.m Mountain Standard Time with the parade lined up to begin at 10 a.m.

This is the third time the Colorado Avalanche held the Stanley Cup up in the air, and the third time in franchise history that fans will be celebrating in downtown Denver. There will be live music, highlight reels of the season and of Game 6, and a live video feed of the parade.
