It was all because of their undrafted guard Fred VanVleet. The guard pulled up great dropping a mammoth 54 points in the encounter. The Orlando magic were shocked after the Raptors captivated over their head start. Fred VanVleet entered the record books breaking number of records for the franchise. While Kyle Lowry played a decent supporting role with his triple-double.

Orlando Magic seemed really devastated the way guard Fred VanVleet showed up against them Even Norman Powell had a great time shooting the ball. He exploded for a quick fire 23 points. Former teammate DeMar DeRozan made it to the social media congratulating the young guard for his explosive performance. Previously DeMar DeRozan held the record for the most points for the franchise. Previously DeMar DeRozan held the record for the most points i.e. 52 points. He performed magically against the Milwaukee Bucks to get this record in 2018. He wanted his former team mate Kyle Lowry to clinch this record. However, it was the younger guard, Fred VanVleet. Not only did DeRozan congratulate VanVleet but also trolled Kyle which went pretty viral. Kyle Lowry smiled over this reaction from DeMar and said, “I saw DeMar sent out the tweet that I’m too old to get, and I am.”

Not only did Fred VanVleet got to his huge 54-point game but Kyle Lowry recorded his maiden triple double this season for the Toronto Raptors. VanVleet hit records after this amazing victory over Orlando. He had the most points in the game for the franchise. He is the first player to score 50+ points for the franchise on a road game. Definitely the Toronto raptors have got great future.
