Liverpool vs Newcastle United player ratings:

Liverpool

Alisson Becker (GK) (6.3/10) : Becker barely made any gallantry contributions. He conceded a goal inside the first ten minutes of the game as he had no response to Shelvey’s shot. However, he wasn’t that impressive with the gloves in entirety of today.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (8.1/10) : Trent being good at defending is something what the world has noticed. He was magnificent at the game. Following that he has been among the better Liverpool players in the few games, he couldn’t have been kept out of the game as he scored a magnificent goal to make it 3-1 for his side.

Joël Matip (7.5/10) : Joel wasn’t hesitant at all to take on the ground duels as well as aerial duels, which he was really good at. He seemed to have been making some successful tackles, followed by his proactive nature on the field.

Ibrahima Konaté (7.2/10) : One of the most intriguing thing about Konaté is that he hasn’t been able to score the whole game despite getting so close to the target. He also is really good at interceptions and tackles.

Andrew Robertson (6.6/10) : Robertson barely made any worthwhile contributions as he himself was the one to lose possession on the ball on way too many occasions.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (6.6/10) : Alex had a pretty decent game over-all. He himself had created a huge goal scoring opportunity while himself having one and being off target on attempt. Overall, a decent performance by him.

Jordan Henderson (7/10) : The skipper was doing a commendable job throughout and especially was really good with his passing and analysing everything while you’re doing whatever. He is a smart and intelligent footballer for the sport.

Mohamed Salah (7.2/10) : Salah had an exceptional game as he kept building up the pressure and kept getting those goal scoring opportunities around him. He found himself at the right place at the right time when Mane’s attempt was saved by the keeper, Salah hit it back into the goal to get the lead of 2-1 to Liverpool.

Diogo Jota (7.4/10) : Jota took full opportunity of the players being in two minds as a Newcastle player was down and out. His header was saved by Martin Dúbravka but his rebound goal finished in the back of the net to get Liverpool the equaliser. Jota also had some really good attempts but couldn’t convert those as well.

Isaac Hayden (6.7/10) : Hayden did a decent job in the defence but it was the statistics that won everyone’s hearts. He has won quite a few balls and also he made three really good clearances. Isaac must have been a little awkward while playing but did well to win the game.
