Here are the player ratings for the Premier League fixture between Wolves and Everton

Wolverhampton Wanderers defeated Everton by 2-1 in the Premier League on Monday night. Max Kilman opened the scoring with Raul Gimenez adding the second. Alex Iwobi got one back for the visitors. Currently Wolves sit at seventh position with Everton at tenth.

Jose SA (5.5/10)- The Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper didn’t have much to do in the first half. However he could’ve reacted better to Alex Iwobi’s goal.

Max Kilman ( 8/10)- A very important goal from the defender tonight to open the scoring. He rose ahead of Andros Townsend and powered the ball into the bottom right hand corner.

Conor Coady (6/10)- Conor Coady took a knock in the second half but was quick to get back up on his feet. He was very good in the defence and put in some important blocks.

Romain Saiss (6.5/10)- Solid in defence tonight by Saiss. He won most of his tackles. Moreover he was extremely tough in the aeriel duels as well for Wolves.

Nelson Semedo (7/10)- The former Barcelona player was getting into the advanced positions today and seemed to enjoy playing tonight. He found Raul Gimenez in space whose header hit the post.

Rayain Ait – Nouri (7.5/10)- A fantastic match for the youngster tonight. He got the assist for Kilman with his corner. He was combining brilliantly with Trincao on the left hand flank.

Ruben Neves (6.5/10)- Ruben Neves had a very good opportunity from the set piece in the first half. He had the ball in the perfect place but his free kick lacked the bend in the end.

Joao Moutinho (6,5/10)- The ever dependable Joao Moutinho once again slotted into his favourite role of a regista. He organised the play for Wolves and maintained the tempo of the match.

Francisco Trincao (7.5/10)- The Portuguese youngster is really turning into a bright prospect for Wolves. He was operating in a free role today and was all around the park creating opportunities.

Raul Gimenez (8/10)- A splendid day for the striker as he registered the second goal for Wolves with a lovely chip over Jordan Pickford. Gimenez’s hold up play today was excellent.

Hee Chang Huan (7/10)- A very bright performance from the winger for Wolverhampton Wanderers tonight. He scored the first goal for the home team but was slightly offside and the goal was overturned.

Daniel Podence (5/10)- The Portuguese youngster replaced Trincao late on. He was brought on for Trincao as the latter was looking a tad bit tired.

Jordan Pickford (5.5/10)- Jordan Pickford made some stunning saves in the initial few minutes but in the end he was not supported by his defence and conceded under immense pressure.

Ben Godfrey (4.5/10)- A massive blunder by Ben Godfrey tonight gifted Wolves the second goal. He played a nothing back pass which was pounced upon by Raul Gimenez who finished off.

Mason Holgate (5/10)- A disappointing performance from the centre back tonight. He was caught off-guard many times and conceded unnecessary fouls. He could’ve been more alert at times.

Seamus Coleman (5.5/10)- Coleman made an important tackle to deny Raul Gimenez in the first half. However he too was sloppy with the ball and gave it away far too many times.

Michael Keane (5/10)- much like the rest of the defenders Keane as well was very poor. He was almost at fault for the Huan offside goal and also lost his man several times.

Allan (5.5/10)- Allan gave far too much space behind him which was exploited by Gimenez and Trincao. He should’ve narrowed down the space to help his defenders.

Jean Philippe Gbabmin (5/10)- Gbabmin was sloppy in possession and gave the ball away. He wasn’t able to be decisive in his passing. He was substituted by Fabian Delph in the second half.

Alex Iwobi (7.5/10)- The former Arsenal player got the goal at an important time for Everton. Godfrey’s shot was blocked but Iwobi was there to put in the rebound. A lovely shot driven hard towards the goal.

Demarai Gray (6.5/10)- Demarai Gray was still looking positive for the visitors with his near tricks. However he too couldn’t find the goal for Everton.

Richarlison (6/10)- Richarlison was being played as a striker by Rafa Benitez tonight in the absence of Domenic Calvert Lewin.. However his physicality is not that much and he could not get most of the headers.

Andros Townsend (6.5/10)- Andros Townsend was at fault for Kilman’s goal. However he did put in some inviting deliveries into the box for Demarai Gray and Richarlison.


Fabian Delph (6.5/10)- Fabian Delph came on in the second half. He kept the rhythm going and was a positive influence for Rafa Benitez’s men.

Anthony Gordon (6/10)- The Evertonian youngster replaced goalscorer Alex Iwobi. He had a great effort with a header but it was saved by Jose SA.
