PSG vs Rennes: PSG squared off against Rennes at the Parc des Princes in Matchday 24 of the ongoing edition of the Ligue 1.
Both the sides were equally dominant in the 1st half with opportunities falling to both ends. But neither of them were able to capitalize. Rennes started the 2nd half with an increased intensity and tempo creating a lot of chances. Gradually, PSG were also able to gear up and play with intensity and purpose. Leandro Paredes (6.4/10): The Argentine defensive midfielder was good on the ball tonight and made some good passes and controlled the tempo in the midfield.
Julian Draxler (6.2/10): The German attacking midfielder had a decent game tonight making some combinations in the midfield and make good passes.
Marco Verratti (6.4/10): The Italian midfielder was as good on the ball as always and was also good at holding the ball and making good passes.
Lionel Messi (7/10): The Argentine forward tried to do the best he can with his trickery and dribbling. He assisted the only goal of the match which helped PSG to seal the win.
Kylian Mbappé (7.5/10): The French forward came really close to scoring in the 1st half and had a pretty decent match tonight. He was able to score the winner in the 2nd half stoppage time to seal the 3 points.
Xavi Simons (6.3/10): The midfielder played a decent match for whatever the time he played and tried to create chances on both the flanks.
Ángel Di María (5/10): The Argentine tried to create chances and made some good passes after on as a sub in the 66th minute.

Warmed Omari (6.3/10): The defender had a similar performance to his partner making some interceptions and challenges.
Birger Meling (6.4/10): The Norwegian left-back was good with his challenges and was also good on the ball as well.
Hamari Traoré (6.4/10): The Malian right-back also made some good tackles and also made a few good passes.
