The first day of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 Eastern division’s league stage has concluded and Nigma Galaxy is currently the table topper of PMGC East with a total of 66 points. Chinese powerhouse, Nova Esports is just behind them short of 4 points to reach the top. At the third place, 4Rivals whose roster was recently acquired by Yoodoo Alliance stands confident at the third spot with 56 points.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 is the most honourable tournament of PUBG Mobile as professional teams from all around the world compete together to determine the ultimate champion. This year, the prize pool has been kept at 6 miilion USD which is a steep increase from previous year’s prize pool. The tournament is divided into 20 teams each battling at the league stages of eastern and western countries.

After the conclusion of Day 1, teams such as Stalwart Esports, Six Two Eight (PEL S4 Champion) and other teams have emerged at the top.

Just like most of the tournaments, the first day of PMGC League Stage begin with the teams competing at the Erangel map and fans got to see Chinese domination. The chicken dinner in this match was grabbed by Tong Jia Bao Esports, a Chinese team that got a direct invite from Peacekeeper Elite Championship. At the second place stood Nova, another team from China with 18 points. Six Two Eight finished at the third position with 17 points.

At the second match of PMGC East Day 1 played at Miramar, 4Rivals from Malaysia surpassed other equally remarkable teams to win the chicken dinner with 15 frags. Korean team, REJECT was eliminated at the second spot, however, the second spot at the score board was claimed by D’Xavier as the team took an astonishing 14 finishes. STE was kept at the third spot with 16 points.

100 players again dropped at Erangel for the third match of PUBG Mobile Global Championship East Day 1. Rico Infinity Team, the champions of PMPL SEA & MENA Championship, grabbed the chicken dinner from Six Two Eight as they took a spectacular 15 finishes. Six Two Eight were placed at the third position, on the other hand, the second position went to Nigma Galaxy as they finished the match with 16 points.

The second last match of PMGC East Day 1 was again played at deserts of Miramar. Nova Esports made a great comeback at this match as they were the owner of ‘chicken dinner’ at the fifth match. Finishing at the second spot with 20 points, Thai team The Infinity also played well at this match. The final match of the day was won by Stalwart Esports with 29 points. Following them closely were Nigma Galaxy with 23 points.

PMGC 2021 West Day 1 is also going to commence today with twenty teams. The match will be live streamed at PUBG Mobile Esports at 11:30 PM IST.
