PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021: Structure and qualified teams

PUBG Mobile lovers are in for a treat as Tencent has revealed more details regarding PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021. As most of the country leagues are over, top teams are looking forward towards the culminating point of every PUBG Mobile tournament held.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship, popularly known as PMGC 2021 is going to be the biggest tournament of PUBG Mobile Esports. Best teams from different countries grind hard to make their entry to this prestigious tournament which is going to kickstart in the month of November. This year, Tencent has kept a whopping prize pool of 6 million which has caught the attention of Esports lovers. Moreover, players in the regional leagues will be qualified on the basis of PMGC points system which has kept various teams on their toes.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021: Qualified Teams

PMGC 2021 is going to be conducted in two stages- League Stage and the Grand Finals. The league stage has been divided into two regions: EAST and WEST. The East region includes teams from 4 regions- SEA (South East Asia), MENA & South Asia, Korea & Japan and China. The West region includes teams from Europe and America. Following teams have qualified for PMGC 2021 so far:

Indonesia- Genesis Dogma GIDS (PMGC qualification points)

Vietnam- DXavier (PMGC qualification points)

Malaysia- Team Secret (PMGC qualification points)

MENA & South Asia

MENA- Nigma Galaxy (PMGC qualification points)

South Asia- DRS Gaming (PMGC qualification points)

China

Structure and Schedule

PMGC 2021 is going to begin from November 30th, 2021. It is going to be a tow month long tournament eventually concluding on 23rd January,2021. Players will compete in the League Stage, League Finals and gradually proceed to the grand finals.

League: November 30- December 19th

League Finals: December 22nd-December 24th

Grand Finals: January 21st- January 23rd

Top 16 teams from the Eastern League will be able to qualify for the league finals. Top 9 teams will proceed to the finals of PMGC 2021. Western League will also send top 16 teams to the league finals, out of which 6 teams will qualify for the finals. One team which hasn’t been revealed yet will be invited directly in the finals.


The upcoming month is going to be the golden time for PUBG Mobile lovers as PUBG New State by Krafton and PMGC 2021 are going to arrive in the month of November.
