Furthermore, Mysore added that Dravid reckons that as a fielder Nagarkoti can compete with the fondness of Ravindra Jadeja.

“One guy that we are completely looking forward to seeing in action is Kamlesh Nagarkoti. He is an unbelievable young kid, he is like a son to me. People who have seen him bowl, the pace at which he bowls, and he can really bat. But most importantly Rahul Dravid had told me that he is one of the best fielders going around in India. He would compete with the likes of Jadeja, which is a big statement from someone like Rahul Dravid,” Venky Mysore said on ‘The RK Show’.

Earlier, Mysore revealed how the franchise entrapped Gautam Gambhir in the 2011 Indian Premier League (IPL) auction.

“My instinct said that it was the right thing to do. Even though it exceeded our circuit break-up because the Kochi team was equally motivated. There was a dog-fight for that. The rest is history,” Mysore stated.

Venky believes that having such big words from Dravid means a lot and Nagarkoti can surely show some class for KKR in the upcoming IPL season which commences from September 19th.
