‘You must get this guy out of your life. He is a parasite’ – UFC Hall of Famer Rashad Evans has a piece of advice for Diego Sanchez

Diego Sanchez was shockingly released from the UFC, just 10 days before his fight against Donald Cerrone at UFC Vegas 26. Sanchez had been a part of the UFC since 2005, and he was the winner of The Ultimate Fighter season 1. Not even getting to have a farewell fight, came as a shock to many.

However, a lot of blame fell on his coach Joshua Fabia, who is felt to be responsible for the mishap. A lot of fighters including Michael Bisping and James Krause have openly expressed their hate for Fabia.

Even UFC President Dana White said recently, “Somehow, this creep got into Diego’s life and has been controlling him.” Hence, Sanchez’s former training partner and UFC Hall of Famer Rashad Evans had a piece of advice for the UFC veteran. He asked Sanchez to get rid of Joshua Fabia.

Sanchez had posted a video on Instagram detailing his UFC release, it was quite a long video in which the 39-year old explained everything that had happened regarding his release. Rashad Evans left a comment on this post writing, “Diego the UFC gave you a chance to compete as long as you did because they actually cared about you. You were the original TUF champ and they took care of you for that. You messed around and let that con artist Josh Fabia use you to try and get a lawsuit against the UFC.

He continued, “They sensed it because it was obvious that your manager / coach was about to get litigious. I wish you the best my friend but you must get this guy out of your life. He is a parasite.”

Parasite or not, Sanchez is already out of the UFC – the biggest MMA promotion in the world. He will have to look for another, or who knows what plans ‘The Nightmare’ has? Only time will tell!
