Right from the crazy fan who mocked the out-of-form Australian batsmen, to umpiring gaffes, the matches had a complete lot of hilarious stuff.

In addition, New Zealand’s bowling gimmicks surprised everyone. Kiwi’s right-arm fast-medium bowler and useful lower-order batsman, Kyle Jamieson surprised the cricketing fraternity by a praiseworthy swing bowling. The former’s banana swing to dismiss Pakistani batsman Mohammad Rizwan reminded spectators of the deadly swingers bowled by Pakistani veteran- Shoaib Akhtar, Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis.

The start-studded player, New Zealand skipper Kane Willamson, who recently notched number one Test position in the ICC Test ranking did magic, not just with the bat. Besides smashing 388 runs in the two-Test matches against Pakistan, Willamson even tried his hands on bowling in the second Test at Hagley Oval, Christchurch. In his not-so-specialised area, the off-spinner managed to take a wicket of Shaheen Afridi.
