Former Cricketer and legend, Sachin Tendulkar will turn 47 on Friday. A source close to Sachin revealed ANI, that the player will not celebrate his birthday as the country is affected by the Coronavirus pandemic which has taken many lives all over the world.
Earlier, Many sports celebrities came forward to contribute their bit to the PM Cares Fund and the CM Relief Fund to help the country in the battle against Coronavirus pandemic. Sachin also contributed Rs. 50 Lakh.
Currently, Coronavirus has spread across the world including India. In India, 683 deaths of Coronavirus had been reported so far and over 21,000 people tested positive for Coronavirus pandemic. Maharashtra is the worst affecting state in India.
World wide, around 2,639,000 people are tested positive and over 184,000 people are died due to Coronavirus pandemic, according to worldometer.
