Profile Information

Full Name Daniel Cormier

Daniel Cormier is one of the most decorated UFC fighters of all time and a Hall of Famer. The American is a former UFC champion, amateur wrestler, and current analyst for the UFC. Despite his size disadvantage, DC was a dominant light heavyweight and heavyweight fighter in the UFC. Cormier is the first fighter to have championship defenses in two divisions and the second fighter in UFC history to hold titles in two weight classes at once. As an international wrestler, Cormier competed on six US World or Olympic teams and won a bronze medal at the World Championships.

In the UFC, DC has faced some of the most dangerous fighters to step foot inside the octagon, including Stipe Miocic, Derrick Lewis, Anthony Johnson, Anderson Silva, Alexander Gustafsson, Dan Henderson, Frank Mir, etc. However, DC’s rivalry with Jon Jones is considered one of the fiercest in the history of the promotion. The pair have fought twice, and both times DC lost to Jones, which still haunts the fighter.

DC is loved by the fans as well as his contemporaries for his personality. Currently, as an analyst and commentator, Daniel Cormier is almost present at every UFC event. He is one of the main commentators alongside Joe Rogan and Jon Anik.
