The Australian duo of Barty and Peers had to fight hard in all their games, but they found ways of snatching victory from the jaws of defeat until their dream run was halted by Rublev and Pavlyuchenkova in the semis. Despite trying hard, Ash and Peers couldn’t get through the ROC duo.

The Aussies started the game in an emphatic fashion. However, after the opening set, they were caught off-guard by Rublev and Pavlyuchenkova and in the final moments of the game, the Australian duo was unable to hold their nerve which eventually led to their downfall.

On the other hand, Djokovic and Stojanovic won their first two encounters against Brazil and Germany without much trouble. However, they were stunned by Karatsev and Vesnina in the semis. It will be interesting to see who emerges victoriously in the high-octane clash.
