American Tennis player Madison Keys is seeded twenty third at this year’s French Open. The twenty six year old Keys has five titles on the tour so far, the last of which came in 2019.
Her performance on clay this year has been very poor. She has won just one match out of a possible five, spread across four tournaments. Her first round opponent is Océane Dodin.
French woman Dodin is a wild card at this year’s French Open. The twenty four year old has one title on tour so far, she won it back in 2016 at Quebec. Madison Keys vs Océane Dodin : Prediction
Keys has won a title on clay before, Charleston 2019, and also has a Semi-final appearance at the French Open. The important bit is if she can get back in form. This is an opportunity for Keys and equally for Dodin too.
Dodin though doesn’t play her best tennis on clay. Last year she was ousted in the first round by Petra Kvitova, but will hope to go farther this year.
Prediction: Madison Keys will beat Océane Dodin in straight sets.
