WATCH: Rafael Nadal back in Paris as he aims for yet another Roland Garros title

Rafael Nadal is out of form and is struggling to regain it since his return on the tour. The Spaniard is returning after recovering from a rib stress Injury that sidelined him for two months and is also struggling with his foot. Clay is considered to be his forte and has successfully managed to conquer the same by winning 13 French Open titles.

Nadal’s Comeback had all his fans around the globe excited. The performance since coming back, however, has not been the same for the fans. The comeback came as a sad one with Nadal getting eliminated from the Madrid Open and the Rome Masters in the early stages. Adding onto the disappointment were the visuals which showed him limping in his defeat against 6-3 5-7 2-6 against the young Canadian Denis Shapovalov.

Nadal Struggling on clay always has to be a sign of worry for the entire tennis world. Everyone was unsure and doubtful about his participation into one of his very favourite and cherished grand slam the French Open. Nadal cleared all the air on his participation through an Instagram wherein he Confirmed his participation in the tournament.

This came as very happy news for the fans. Adding to the happiness were videos of him practicing in Paris. He arrived in Paris on Wednesday and has already started the practice. The video posted by Roland Garros says “Back to where he belongs,” As Nadal walks into the court for a practice session.

Nadal seemed to be completely fine as he sets his eyes on the French Open. He seemed to be enjoying his session. It was a Nadal practice and so were football juggles in it. He was seen juggling the tennis ball around.

This year chances are slim for Nadal considering his form and injuries. Many have already named Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz ahead of him as the favorites. However, it is Nadal and it’s hard to write him off on a clay court. Moreover, Nadal too would try to go all-in as he would like to take revenge for his exit in the semis against Djokovic last time around.
