Nick Kyrgios tested positive for Covid-19 and was forced to withdraw from the Sydney Tennis Classic last Monday. However, the Aussie recovered from the virus and started practicing for the Australian Open which started on Monday.
Kyrgios was seen practicing for his first-round match against Brit Liam Broady. If he manages to pass Broady, he will be facing a much tougher opponent in Daniil Medvedev the No.1 seed after Novak Djokovic’s deportation.

Although Kyrgios is placed at the 114th position in the ATP rankings, on his day he has the ability to beat any other player. The former Australian No.1 also carries the hopes of the Australian supporters to watch a local boy bring the title back home after decades.
