Raducanu played a few delightful shots, however, she was caught off-guard by a determined Sasnovich who knocked her out of the competition. Needless to say, a few eyebrows were raised and several fans around the world were left shellshocked.

Talking about Raducanu’s performance, Martina Navratilova said, “Indian Wells is her fifth tournament and we have no idea how she plays on different surfaces.” She went on to add that the teenager doesn’t know how to handle herself with so much going around her.

“I think has life has changed so much. She doesn’t quite know how to handle it yet. Nobody has been there in this position before. She’s blazing her own trail. So, it’s more about how she manages herself off the court,” Navratilova claimed. She further added that Raducanu needs to play more and more matches to keep improving.

There is just so much stuff that is going on with her. She just needs matches,” Martina stated. It is absolutely true that so much success and coverage can be a little too much to handle for someone so young. Moreover, all eyes would be on Raducanu when she will step into the court in her next tournament.
