Novak Djokovic is an absolute superstar of the game. Regarded as one of the greatest tennis stars of all time, Djokovic scripted a magnificent win against Daniil Medvedev in the finals of the Paris Masters. However, it wasn’t a one-sided encounter by any means.

Djokovic, who was defeated in the 2021 US Open finals by Medvedev, started off poorly in the Paris Masters Finale as well. The World No. 1 tennis star dropped the first set and it felt like Medvedev is going to script another magnificent win. However, Djokovic had other ideas.

Medvedev was caught off-guard in the second set on several occasions and Djokovic ended up winning the set. Everything was nicely poised and the deciding set was expected to be a nail-biter. However, even after starting well, Medvedev had no answers to Djokovic’s outrageous shots.

Djokovic won the final set in an emphatic style by 4-6, 6-3, 6-3. Medvedev was good in the game, it was just Djokovic’s incredible gameplay that gave absolutely no chance at all to the Russian. As soon as the result came out, Djokovic fans flooded Twitter with praise.

This win is one to savor for Djokovic and his fans. Many thought he might find it really tough to win at big tournaments after losing to Medvedev in the US Open Finals. However, Djokovic proved that he still has a lot left in him and it won’t be a surprise if he goes on to win more titles in the near future.
