Novak, who ends up breaking records almost every time he steps on the court, recently scripted history by finishing No. 1 for the record seventh time at year-end in ATP rankings. However, this time around in a recent viral clip, the star player was seen shouting in delight for Team Serbia’s achievement in a sport he is actually not a part of.

Serbia delivered a historical performance against Portugal in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Although Portugal started off nicely by scoring in the 2nd minute of the game, Dusan Tadic’s equalizer in the 33rd minute brought the Serbians back in the game.

The game was heading towards a draw but Aleksandar Mitrovic’s 90th-minute header sealed the game for Serbia, while Cristiano Ronaldo’s team was left shellshocked. Serbia has now earned an automatic qualifying spot at the World Cup in Qatar.

As soon as Serbia’s spot in the FIFA World Cup was confirmed, Novak Djokovic couldn’t control himself. The tennis star was seen shouting at the top of his voice celebrating the gigantic achievement. Needless to say, Twitter went crazy after Djokovic’s video started making rounds.
