Tokyo Paralympics Medal Tally: Here is the complete list of medals won by each nation at the Paralympic Games

After five long years, the Paralympics are back. The Tokyo Paralympics aims to serve as a ray of hope for a world ravaged by the deadly virus. The first week of the Paralympics Games saw the specially-abled athletes give their best on the big stage for their countries. For India, Bhavina Patel scripted history by bagging the silver medal in class 4 table tennis.

The first day of the Tokyo Paralympics saw as many as 60 athletes bag medals in their respective events. The first medal of the game was bagged by Australia’s Paige Greco in the 3000m individual pursuit of class 3 cycling. China’s Xiaomei Wang and Germany’s Denise Schindler completed the top three in Tokyo Games’ first medal event.
