Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro

With the inclusion of Kyle Lowry in the side, the 2020 Eastern Conference Champions, could prove to be one of the most monumental teams in the conference this year. Having formed the big 3 of Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo and Kyle Lowry, the Heat has improved their abilities significantly on the offensive end. In addition, they have kept hold of players like Tyler Herro who can prove to be the difference on their good days.

Moreover, with P.J.Tucker and Markieff Morris also coming in, there are no doubts that the play on the defensive end will also be impressive. In simpler terms, in the 2021-22 season, the Miami Heat will not only look to clinch a playoff berth directly, but will be hoping to make a deep run into the playoffs by all means.

9. Phoenix Suns (Western Conference)

The Chris Paul led team showed just why they are one of the most dangerous teams in the league. With Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton leading the pack on respective end, Bridges, Payne, Crowder, Johnson’s form will be key in the upcoming 2021-22 season. The Suns added Javale McGee to help their team stopping big men from scoring in the paint. Landry Shamet is another valuable addition to the team.

With players like Giannis Antetekounmpo and LeBron James taking a toll upon the defensive vulnerability of the Suns, the management has surely looked upon the same and have taken timely action.

8. New York Knicks (Eastern Conference)

Derrick Rose, Julius Randle and RJ Barrett

Deemed as one of the underdogs in the Eastern Conference, yet Tom Thibodeau’s side can prove to pull off the impossible with their latest additions into the roster. Kyle Lowry and Evan Fournier need no introduction to their scoring prowess and playing alongside RJ Barrett and Julius Randle can prove to be even more fruitful.

Furthermore, the use of Derrick Rose in the team will prove to be the difference maker, as hoop fans will be aware of the danger Rose can pose on his days.

7. Golden State Warriors (Western Conference)

Stephen Curry

A depleted and raging Stephen Curry will lead the Dubs into the NBA 2021-22 Season after not being able to make it into the playoffs last season. With Draymond Green, Jordan Poole, James Wiseman and Andrew Wiggins all being retained. The likes of Klay Thomspon and Andre Iguodala will be key as their experience will also guide the relatively young team.

Knowing the splash brothers are set to re-unite after 2 years, their teamwork and 3-point shooting can cause fear amongst any top team. Having said that, a team having Curry can never be out of title contention.

6. Dallas Mavericks (Western Conference)

Unlike other teams in the league, the Dallas Mavericks have not gone in the off-season with all guns blazing to acquire a Big 3 alongside Luka Doncic. Yet with one of the best players in the league in action, the Mark Cuban led side has always shown the courage to fight back in the tough Western Conference.

Knowing that they have been thrown out of the first round via the hands of LA Clippers, Doncic will be raring to lead his side deep into the playoffs. Hopefully, there would not be injuries hampering his dream.

5. Denver Nuggets (Western Conference)

A team filled with superstars, be it Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon or Michael Porter Jr, the Nuggets was only left vulnerable in the playoffs last season because of Murray’s injury. The Nuggets have proved to be one of the best teams in the West even when they have been left short-handed. However, if they are able to not let their players embark upon injuries, they are surely among the top 10 title favorites entering the NBA 2021-22 season.

Given that Murray will be making his way back from injury, a star-studded Nuggets side will be looking to crown themselves as one of the best in the particular conference to stamp their authority from the early days.

4. Chicago Bulls (Eastern Conference)

One of the most improved and looked-after teams entering the upcoming season. From Vukevic to Caruso, this Zach LaVine led Bulls have been rounded with a great team filled with experience and youth to attack strong opposition in the paint. This team was not able to make it into the playoffs after a disappointing run in the second half.

However given the championship experience and attacking skills being put along, the Chicago Bulls have huge expectation of the neutral NBA supporters to make a deep playoff run and challenge other elite teams.

3. Milwaukee Bucks (Eastern Conference)

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton

Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee Bucks who are the defending champions surely got better as the season went along. A team who played through injuries and made the best of teams kneel in-front of them. With Brooklyn Nets being their main rivals (on paper), Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton are equipped with enough players to be able to retain their title.

Having the ability to defend and score, the Bucks only concern heading into the 2021-22 season will be their players pertaining to injuries.

2. Brooklyn Nets (Eastern Conference)

James Harden and Kevin Durant

Even with the drama surrounding Kyrie Irving surrounding Brooklyn Nets before the start of the NBA 2021-22 Season, the Kevin Durant-James Harden led squad is good enough to challenge any team for the title. The only drawback this team could face, is the fatigue mentally which could cause them to fall back in the early days.

Havign said that, the Brooklyn nets are undoubtedly one of the top 10 title favroties entering the NBA 2021-22 season even without Kyrie Irving.

1.Los Angeles Lakers (Western Conference)

Anything less than a title, will be considered sub-standard for the star-studded Los Angeles Lakers. With LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook forming the Big 3 for the most successful side in the league, the management decided to change almost the entire squad in order to claim their 18th championship ring.

From Dwight Howard to Carmelo Anthony to Bazemore to Talen Horton Tucker, if the LA Lakers manage to not let injuries hamper the performance of their marquee players, there is no good reason why this team cannot be the favorite to lift the silverware in the NBA 2021-22 Season.
