Tottenham vs Brentford: Tottenham faced Brentford at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium in Matchday 14 of Premier League.

Brentford gifted Spurs with an early lead as they scored an own goal in the first half. Son converted the 2nd goal for Spurs giving them a surety of 3 points. Spurs attack had been tremendous & they provided a hard time to Brentford defence where the goalkeeper had to put most of the effort going for the saves. The whole Spurs team took the attacking to a different level going for continuous attacking effort.

Sanchez (7/10): Gave some good passes to the midfield players & he also made some important clearances covering Dier.

Dier (7/10): Played a decent game gathering some blocks & at the same time, he also made some fine clearances.

Davies (6.7/10): Davies was seen creating a bit of pressure into the attack & his block led to the own goal where Spurs earned an early lead.

Aparecido (7/10): He carried some good attacking pull from the right-wing helping out Lucas and providing some fine crosses.

Hojbjerg (6.7/10):  Made some good contributions into the defence & at the same time covered up in the midfield area. He also gave some good push in attack pulling out some crucial shots.

Skipp (7/10):  He had a fine game today compared to the last one as he made some important blocks throughout the game.

Reguilon (7.4/10): made some good run from defence to attack but couldn’t provide some good crosses though.  He was open for a pass where he provided a further assist converting the 2nd goal.

Lucas (6.8/10): Provided a good push from the left-wing but wasn’t able to convert a goal. He provided every effort to pull out the attack.

Son (8/10): He always looks massive into the attack troubling the goalkeepers from some powerful shots. He made some good attacking contributions which led to a goal in his name & he managed some good crosses as well.

Kane (7.5/10): Kane gathered some good attacking linkups but couldn’t convert those shots into a goal. He was deadly in the attack available to convert every pass he got for Tottenham.

Substitutions:

Winks (5.6/10): Didn’t make much of a difference after entering the field.

Tanganga (5.4/10): didn’t get much time to perform.

Bergwijn (5.4/10): Didn’t get much time to play as he entered in the last minutes.

Alvaro Fernandez (6.8/10):  Made some crucial saves preventing spurs from scoring more goals.

Pinnock (5.9/10):  Gave a bad performance as the wingers are easily able to cut past through him.

Jansson (6.3/10): The Brentford CB created some good pressure into the defence and blocked well at his level best.

Goode (5.9/10): Did some good defending preventing the wingers from pushing in. he also made some decent blocks.

Henry (5.6/10): Performed poorly as he tried to pull the attack from the wing but the ball was easily recovered from him by the Spurs players.

Janelt (5.9/10): He was seen lost most of the time & didn’t contribute to the attack properly.

Norgaard (6.6/10):  wasn’t seen much into the field as he couldn’t convert some good attack in the first half. He certainly shined in the 2nd half taking the control of the game at some level.

Onyeka (5.9/10):  He created some good midfield partnership and had decent gameplay. But he was substituted later on in the second half.

Canos (5.3/10): Had a poor game night today. He also ended up heading the ball into his own net giving up an early lead to Spurs.

Mbeumo (6.1/10): Provided some good attack & was the only attacker giving trouble to Spurs defence.

Toney (6.3/10): He wasn’t seen into much of an action tonight as expected. He tried some attacking but lost possession more often.

Substitutions:

 Baptiste (5.8/10): was almost lost after entering and didn’t manage to change the momentum after entering.

Wissa (5.7/10): He didn’t make quite a difference after entering and couldn’t stop the attack as well.
