“2 people holding him up”- Colby Covington trashes Jorge Masvidal’s gas tank after UFC 272 scrap

Colby Covington vs Jorge Masvidal
Colby Covington has always been that annoying kid who still does his homework and is smart enough to give it back to the best kid in class. Masvidal did try hard enough but was just was repeatedly getting taken down with Colby’s superior wrestling skills and ground’n’pound.
Colby says on the Submission Radio that he has been in Miami for over 12 years now and the people treat him like their own, he added that he trains in the heart of the city and with the best crew in the world. He said he ‘Talks the talk and walks his walk’ after defeating the ‘Deadbeat dad’ Jorge. He continues to take a dump on Jorge’s skills and also points out his inability to go 5 Rounds with him.
“It was as I visioned it, just complete dominance and almost finishing him multiple times and just seeing him at the end of that fight completely exhausted- He had to have two people holding him up like he couldn’t even put his head up like, -“ [3:40]
“Where was all his team mates?” Colby Covington questions while also adding a call out to Dustin Poirier

Colby Covington starts by saying that at the end of the fight, Jorge was just ‘Battered and bruised’ but the question he raises does seem to have had a little truth to it. He asked where Masvidal’s supporters were and pointed out that Dan Lambert wasn’t even there in the building and didn’t come out to support ‘his boy’.
He asks if Dustin Poirier was afraid of him which might have been the reason he had left the country but points out that Dustin was there two days later at the same place but couldn’t turn up to support his friend Jorge? added that Poirier knew that his buddy Jorge wouldn’t make it through.
“I thought he didn’t want to come support his ‘Friend’… just because they knew what was going to happen”
