Stipe Miocic vs Francis Ngannou II

UFC 260 is headlining one of the biggest rematches in the UFC Heavyweight division between the champion Stipe Miocic and ‘The Predator’ Francis Ngannou. Along with this in the co-main event, the former UFC Welterweight champion Tyron Woodley is taking on Vicente Luque.

Along with these, there are many big fights stacked in UFC 260’s fight card. Stay here for all the live results and updates of UFC 260.

UFC 260 (Main Event): Francis Ngannou def Stipe Miocic (Main Card)

Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou

Round 1: Gloves touch and the biggest rematch started. Ngannou paws a jab and opens with a low kick. Miocic is trying to stay away from Miocic’s range. Ngannou lands an overhand right and backs away. He is waiting patiently and firing the shots. Miocic shoots for a takedown and Ngannou defended it well.

He landed some heavy shots on the head of Miocic and the champ somehow survived. Right hand from Ngannou and low kick just as the bell sounds.

Round 2: Ngannou missed a big right hand. Miocic tried to work in the range and a straight right hand scored from Ngannou and he digs in and swings back. Another left hand scored and Miocic is on the ground. Hammerfists seals it. That’s it we have the new Heavyweight champion.

UFC 260 (Co-Main Event): Vicente Luque def Tyron Woodley via submission (Main Card)

Round 1: Woodley rushed out and fires a big right hand and moved immediately in the clinch. He tried for a takedown attempt but Luque spins him and gets free. Short strikes traded between both and Woodley fires a huge right hand. Luque covers well and landed some damaging strikes.

Big right hand scored from Luque and Woodley is hurt. Luque swinging and Woodley swinging back. Woodley looks stunned and Luque throws him on the floor, he is looking for a submission and he locks in D’Arce choke. This looks tight and Woodley taps that’s it.

UFC 260: Sean O’Malley def Thomas Almeida via knockout (Main Card)

Sean O Malley and Thomas Almeida

Round 1: O’Malley started the round with quick kicks to the legs and two straight punches. He’s keeping the pace high at the start of the round. Almeida tagged him with few punches and trying to find his range. Spinning back kick lands from Sean O’Malley.

O’Malley scored a left hand and Almeida is dropped, he walked away thinking the fight is over but Almeida is still there. O’Malley lands a spinning back kick to the head and Almeida is having some damage around his eye. The round ends.

Round 2: O’Malley switching his stances and landing kicks to the body. Almeida is keeping his hands high and blocking all the shots. Stinging low kicks from O’Malley and Almeida tried a swinging low kick but slips. O’Malley landed a straight left hand.

Almeida still landing some shots on the counter and jab traded between both. Almeida lands a kick to the body and the round ends.

Round 3: O’Malley switching stances and landing some nice kicks to the body and face of Almeida. O’Malley attacking his legs very well and Almeida just can’t get close enough to him to land a damaging strike. Big left hand from Sean O’Malley and Almeida are on the floor.

He’s hurt O’Malley is again walking away but the referee didn’t stop it and O’Malley landed few more punches from the top and that’s it.

Result: Sean O’Malley def Thomas Almeida via knockout (Punch) (Round 3, 3:52)

UFC 260: Miranda Maverick def Gillian Robertson via UD (Main Card)

Miranda Maverick and Gillian Robertson

Round 1: Maverick started the round by pumping her jabs and changing the levels. Robertson ducks inside and lands a straight punch with big feet. Maverick is having some success with her short punches. Robertson seems to be the more aggressive one and she catches Maverick with a double leg.

One minute left and they are back in standing, Maverick lands a crisp combination and they hits final shots at the bell.

Round 2: Robertson scored an early takedown at the start of the round. Maverick does very well to scramble and save herself from the attempt and Robertson looks in danger for a while but she escapes. Maverick finally able to stand on her feet and most of the round ended with both of them trading few shots.

Round 3: Maverick backs up Robertson against the cage at the start of the fight and lands a few clean shots. She’s keeping the pressure high in this round, throwing combinations and punches. Maverick again shoots for a double leg and Robertson tried to roll to save her.

Robertson tried to grab the neck and she is in the seated position. They ended the round on the ground.

UFC 260: Jamie Mullarkey def Khama Worthy via TKO (Main Card)

Jamie Mullarkey and Khama Worthy

Round 1: Mullarkey opened the fight by moving nicely inside the Octagon. He fired a combination and speed up his pace. Mullarkey landed a leaping left out to the jab and lands it clean. Worthy dropped on the canvas and Mullakrey followed him with punches, that’s it.

UFC 260: Alonzo Menifield def Fabio Cherant via submission (Preliminary Card)

Round 1: The fight starts and Menifield landed a nice jab and Cherant is on the ground. He is looking to grab that neck, Cherant is saving him by taking the benefit of the cage but that neck looks to be in danger and Menifield is going for the von preux! That’s it here comes the tap.

UFC 260: Abubakar Nurmagomedov def Jared Gooden via UD (Preliminary Card)

Round 1: Gooden keeping his hands low at the starting of the round and working with a jab and moving. Nurmagomedov missed a wild hook and Gooden tags him with some body shots. Nurmagomedov lands a kick to the body and pushed for a takedown.

Gooden defends well and slips away. The front kick lands from Nurmagomedov followed by a left hand. Jabs traded at the end of the round.

Round 2: Nurmagomedov clinches early but couldn’t keep control. Gooden sticking and moving nicely, he has done a good attempt to defend the takedowns. Nurmagomedov is doing some damage with the punches now. He is again in the clinch and lands a big punch just as they separate.

One minute left, Nurmagomedov scores a left hand and Gooden is looking a little bit frustrated now and the round ends.

Round 3: Nurmagomedov gets the takedown he is looking for at the start of the round. Gooden up to the challenge and changing his positions very well. Nurmagomedov is in side control and Gooden works to the guard. He’s controlling the top and staying heavy on the top.

Nurmagomedov with punches to the body and Gooden just can’t get back up and the round ended.

Result: Abubakar Nurmagomedov def Jared Gooden via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

Round 1: Bukauskas started the round with an early spinning kick to the body. Oleksiejczuk presses with a big flurry. Both fighters doing a lot of movement early in the fight and Oleksiejczuk fires a big left hand. He is keeping constant pressure. Bukauskas continued to move well and he is stinging him with counters.

Left hand scored and Oleksiejczuk is stunned for a bit. Bukauskas misses a big right hand and gets tagged by a huge left. Oleksiejczuk keeping the pressure high just as the round is about to end, lands a nice left to the body and horn sounds.

Round 2: Oleksiejczuk again coming forward trying to keep the pressure high but Oleksiejczuk scored a big right hand. Oleksiejczuk seems to land some heavy shots and Bukauskas moving well and countering. Bukauskas threw some big right but couldn’t find a mark for them.

Oleksiejczuk scoring with a constant jab and moving forward. Bukauskas landed a high kick but blocked by Oleksiejczuk. Another good round between both.

Round 3: Bukauskas landed a right hand at the start of the round. Oleksiejczuk replied him back with one of his own. Both men standing in the middle and landing some big shots. Bukauskas still moving well, didn’t coming in the range of Oleksiejczuk.

He’s active with the punches as the fight proceeds. Oleksiejczuk landed kick to the liver and Bukauskas is hurt. He in return landed a kick to the body just as the round ends.

UFC 260: Omar Morales def Shane Young via UD (Preliminary Card)

Round 1: Young started the fight with an early low kick, he’s shifting outside looking for angles and striking patiently. Morales also measuring him and striking occasionally with jabs. Morales attempted a high kick and it landed partially. Young shoots an inside leg to get into the clinch.

Morales defended the takedown, slips through his back, lifts him up, and slammed Young on the canvas. They continued trading positions, both of them traded few punches just before the horn sounds.

Round 2: Young again started the round by attacking the legs of Morales, Morales landed a nice low kick and then shifted to his right on the outside. Jabs traded between both. Morales attempted a high kick blocked by Young. Young tried a takedown but blocked by Morales.

Young dips in the body and big knee missed by Morales. Morales trying to speed up the pace of the fight. He landed one more big right hand just as the round ends.

Round 3: Morales opened the third round defensively, and countered Young’s shots at the starting of the round. He chopped his legs and fires big punches over the top. Young changes the level and took the action to the canvas. They traded some blows before finally getting up.

Morales chopping Young’s legs once again and he landed a crisp jab. Young trying to press him against the cage and Morales landing his shots with high power and horn sounds.
