The trilogy fight between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier witnessed much more than fighting. McGregor is one of the biggest trash talkers in the promotion and this time he crossed the line by dragging Poirier’s wife, Jolie Poirier in his trash talk.

Poirier defeated McGregor for the second time as ‘The Notorious’ broke his left tibia and fibula towards the end of the first round at the main event of UFC 264 which led to a doctor’s stoppage.

Conor McGregor dragged Dustin Poirier’s wife, Jolie Poirier by leaking his DM request before the fight and talked much trash about her before the fight. Poirier said after the fight that McGregor was still using death threats for Poirier and his wife even while the medical personal was attending him.

A new video which is released on Twitter shows an alternate angle of McGregor cursing Poirier and threatening to kill him and his wife. Although, the crowd’s noise is very high in that video but Conor McGregor can be seen yelling,

“In your sleep, you’re getting it … in your sleep, you’re getting it … in your sleep, you’re getting it … it ain’t over. You’re dead … You and your Mrs.,” {H/T MMA Junkie}

Poirier also talked about Conor McGregor’s repeated death threats in the post-fight interview

Although, it isn’t completely certain what exactly Conor McGregor was saying but Dustin Poirier also acknowledged in the post-fight interview that ‘The Notorious’ was still giving him death threats while lying on the Octagon floor with a broken ankle.

In the post-fight show of UFC 264 with Megan Olivi, Poirier says, “Earlier this week, he was saying he was going to murder me and I was going to not make it home and stuff like that, that’s what really upset me this week.”

“Even when he was sitting there on the ground, with his busted leg, he was looking at me (making gun signs to the head) like, ‘I’m going to kill you.’”

Dustin Poirier added, “Like, what is wrong with you bro? This is a sport. This is a fight. We can dislike each other, but you don’t say sh*t like that. … I don’t play those kind of games.”
