Carlos Condit is the former interim welterweight champion and has fought the best welterweights the division has to offer. He is most known for his win against welterweight legend Nick Diaz. In his later part of the career, he began to lose momentum and went on a terrible 5-fight skid. From the years 2016-2018, Condit did not win a single fight.

UFC 264 will be headlined by the most anticipated matchup of Conor McGregor vs Dustin Poirier which might be the title contender fight.
