UFC President Dana White might just make the lives of the hard working fighters much better. White has teased that he might make a major change to the healthcare of fighters.

UFC Broadcaster Karyn Bryant decided to put on a Q&A session for anyone on her Instagram page. From fans to fighters anyone was allowed to ask what they had on mind to the UFC president Dana White. She wrote in her post, “If you could ask Dana White one question, what would it be?”. She also offered to tag the president herself to save the trouble of mentioning his name in every question. While fighters like Al Iaquinta had some jokes to make, a fan got serious and got a response from Dana White himself.

The fan posted a comment on the UFC broadcaster’s comments asking a very serious and helpful question to the benefit of the fighters. “Will the ufc ever offer their fighters full time health benefits so they can have them after their careers are over and possibly deal with life altering issues from fighting,” asked a fan with a username @stevet692.

Dana White did not look to over complicate the question with his answer. The UFC President gave a very smart and direct response to the fan. “Soon” he wrote on the fan’s question. This might turn out to be very important addition to the UFC’s health care. Currently, the promotion offers health care to the fighters that are active members of the rosters.

We all know how devastating the aftermath of fights can be. The fighters now have their health care covered no matter when they get their injuries. Be it training or during fights, the athletes are taken care of by the UFC. But everyone knows that fighters can take some life-changing damages and it would only become another burden to their life if they had to take care of it after they are released from the roster.
